Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including: Products that are liable to deteriorate or expire quickly. Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been opened after delivery. Our kombuchas, being fresh, living, and perishable products, require strict refrigeration to ensure their quality and safety. Once delivered, they cannot be returned or exchanged. Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply to our products, except in cases of a defect or proven error in your order.

In Case of an Issue with Your Order

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Contact us at hello@sowoodkombucha.com, providing the following:

1. A detailed description of the issue encountered.
2. Photos of the product and packaging, if damaged.
3. Your order number.

We will review your request, and if it is justified, we may:

- Offer you a free replacement of the product.
- Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Why this choice?

Our kombuchas are sensitive and living products. Inadequate storage or a return could alter their quality, taste, and food safety. As a result, we cannot accept returns for these products in order to ensure that all our customers receive products of impeccable freshness.
