Storage, Features & Optimal Service

So wood Kombuchas are 100% natural, living, and unpasteurized drinks. Store them refrigerated ( 2-7°C) and enjoy within six months of production. Natural sediments may form at the bottom of the bottle, a sign of the live yeast and bacteria in this authentic product.

Thanks to the double fermentation process, which naturally consumes sugar, So Wood Kombuchas contain a minimal alcohol content of approximately 0.5% per 100ml.
